·         Apologies for absence were received from:

·         Minutes from the 2007 AGM were approved.

·         John Plaskett presented the accounts showing a surplus of £358 for the junior section & £977 for the mens section. Overall a satisfactory situation.

·         After discussion it was agreed that for next season a suggested minimum donation would be introduced, but there was no requirement for a formal signing on fee.

·         The Club’s officers were elected as follows:
