training space when league games are being played (U8 particularly) o

sufficient funds in the bank, although further payments to be made to RPSC. o

donations would be gratefully received – to be mentioned in the next

Discipline o
Any player booked or sent off must pay their own fines, and is not eligible to play again until
it is paid. o
The contents of a recent U14 match report
were discussed and noted. |

Welcome Pack/Admin o
There are currently 160 children
registered from this year & 55 ‘rolled over’ from last year. Any last
year players who have not re-registered by 31st October will be
removed. o
There are 9 children on the wait list
(mostly U14’s). o
Updated list of registered children to be
sent to all managers. o
All managers to check attendees against
registered list at least quarterly (first check to be 4th
November). o
The ‘Alert list’ to be issued. o
All coaches to carry paperwork/alert list
at all times in case of accidents. o
Website update for cancelled training (if
required) for next 2 weeks – Simon E to phone Nick J who will update the
site. |

Quiz night arranged for Friday 10th
November o
Football Fantazia arranged for weekend of
2/3 December. Saturday for 13+ children (and dads from other age groups) with
‘Tough Talk’ visiting. Sunday o

Update from the league meeting: ·
Coaches can do child protection course
offered on-line on FA Website, although a course will be organised before
Christmas. ·
A level 1 course for 4x Saturday mornings
& 2 evenings will be organised. ·
Can managers please fill in referees
& opposition sportsmanship marks (out of 100!). ·
Lack of players is not a valid reason for
postponing games. ·
Maximum of 7 subs. Allowed. o
Internal Tournament to be organised for
U8’s after half term. |
