ST PETERS IVER FC

MINUTES OF CLUB MEETING – MONDAY 21/04/08

Below are the minutes of the meeting:

Action

·         Team managers update

o        Overall a mixed season, continued enthusiasm from all age groups. 2 teams reached cup finals (12 & U16).

·         Finance update & Donations

o        The expectation is to just break even this year, only due to a large sponsorship recently secured.

o        Note that it now costs over £5,000 per year to run the club.

o        A concern is parents donations are at a reduced level from last year, and also the low number of donations received.

o        It is proposed to request a minimum donation of £20 for next season, with consideration being given to formal charges if this does not provide enough income.

o        Approximately £400 was still raised for the mens team.

·         Cup Finals

o        Kick-off are U12-11.15, and U16-14.45 on 10th May

o        Team managers to decide whether they want the ‘team breakfast’
