ST PETERS IVER FC MINUTES OF CLUB MEETING – MONDAY 30/03/09
Below are the minutes of the meeting:	Action
· Managers updates o League season is generally complete, with mixed results for the St Peters teams o U12’s have got to the cup final for 2^nd successive season.
· Finance update & Donations o Forecast is a small surplus for the season, and there is one seasons worth of cash in the bank. o Donations this year are £3,150. o If the constitution changes are approved at the AGM, we will be able to claim gift aid from next season.
· Thoughts for next season o Could managers ask around all current helpers to find out their intentions/preferences for next season, and let Nick Jones know responses o The coffee bar is still short of helpers with only 1 confirmed regular person for next season.	All Managers/Nick Jones
· Kit/Equipment for next season o Noted that U14 are requesting a new kit o Please email Nick Jones with all requests for Balls/Bags etc before the end of the season.	All Managers
· Social Events o Dads vs. Lads Friday 24^th April – most age groups should be available to play. Plan to have 3 ‘halves’ on the large pitch, plus minisoccer for U10 & below. Start at 6.30pm o Presentation evenings Friday 1^st May (U6/U8/U10) & Friday 15^th May (U12/U14/U16). Tickets £5/family to include food. Men’s evening 30^th May. o Produce tickets for sale at Coffee bar o John P to ask Sharon re the food o Produce flyer asking for raffle prizes & source tickets o Curry night Friday 8^th May o Ensure that time Eady/Brian Griffiths are invited to all events. · Next meeting dates o 8pm 17^th June 2009 (AGM) at RPSC – Note that this is a Wednesday
· Any Other Business o Gift Aid – revised constitution has now been accepted by HMRC. This must be formally adopted at the AGM o Club Presidents – John & Sharon Plaskett have accepted the position of joint honorary presidents of the club o Thank you service – Service of thanks for John/Sharon is 10^th May at 11.00am, and there will be another service on 6^th September to welcome Nick Jones. o Haslemere Tournament – 23^rd May. 2 teams to be entered for each age group.
