Teams After discussion it was agreed to enter an U8 team for next season. As
this is an introductory season for the children (and a non-competitive
league), the philosophy will be that any child who wants to play will be able
to. The possibility of utilising 3 rotating squads was discussed. League teams will be entered at U10/12/14/16 level. It was also agreed to start an adult’s team for next season. They will
play home games at Evreham. The club will provide
£500 for the first season, but the team must be self-funding after this. It
is expected that £1,000/annum will be required to cover pitch & referee
fees. Team manager Simon Edwards. |

·
Training
Facilities There is the usual pressure on space for next season, due to numbers
and our inability to train on the main pitches. There was some discussion about use of other sites, but overall it was
felt that this would split the club & it was preferable to try & stay
on 1 site. As contingency, initial enquiries will be made with Mr Collis at the
junior school, for possible use of the field. For U12 upwards, training space will vary week by week and will be
dependant upon other matches being played. Managers may have to be prepared
to be flexible in respect of space & timings. Consider staggered starts to training sessions e.g. |
